About Tracy:

Tracy Parker serves as the Vice-President of Policy, Standards, and Accreditation at RGC, where she leads the development and implementation of RGC’s assurance and accreditation practice. With nearly 30 years of experience, Tracy has dedicated her career to enhancing the positive impact of businesses on society across various industries. Over the past decade, her focus has been on promoting harm minimization in the gambling industry by implementing robust standards and assurance practices. Her work involves leveraging best practices through comprehensive assessments of player education, player protection, and employee training policies to help organizations provide safer gambling experiences and foster continuous improvement.

Prior to joining RGC, Tracy held several key roles within the Social Responsibility team at Ontario Lottery and Gaming (OLG). In these roles, she worked collaboratively to develop, deliver, monitor, and evaluate responsible gambling policies and programs across four key business sectors: Gaming, Lottery, Charitable Gaming, and Internet Gaming. Her efforts were centered on crafting and implementing strategies related to culture building, player education, and responsible gambling policy.

Tracy is also an accomplished presenter and educator, having developed and led seminars and workshops on ESG and CSR reporting and communications, international business ethics, ethical decision-making, and a broad range of gambling-related topics. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Sustainability and Strategy.
