This session explores some of the most pressing challenges in responsible gambling regulation today — including emerging gambling products, VIP programs, non-traditional advertising and shifting financial behaviours. Panellists will examine current regulatory responses, identify potential gaps, and consider the real-world impact of these measures on player protection and market sustainability.
About Tracy:
Tracy Parker is the Senior Vice President of Accreditation, Advisory and Insights at Responsible Gambling Council (RGC), where she leads the development and execution of the RG Check accreditation program.
Tracy’s career has focused on how to improve and leverage the impact of business on society across multiple industries for nearly 30 years. Most recently, for the past decade, her work has focused on achieving positive outcomes for harm minimisation through standards and assurance in the gambling industry. This work leverages best practice research through a comprehensive assessment of player education, player protection and employee training policies, procedures and impacts to help organisations deliver a safer gambling experience and drive continuous improvement.
Tracy is also an accomplished presenter and educator, having developed and led seminars and workshops on ESG and CSR reporting and communications, international business ethics, ethical decision-making, and a broad range of gambling-related topics. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree specialising in Sustainability and Strategy.
