About Seamus:
Seamus is a regulatory economist sitting in KPMG’s Economics team in London. He has worked across a range of sectors during his career, with a particular focus on gambling. He specialises in the use of economic analysis to help clients address a wide range of commercial, regulatory and strategic challenges. He has supported a number of regulators and governments in launching their regulated gambling markets, advising on topics such as licensing, product and bonus restrictions, and the approach to taxation.
Seamus has spoken at several international gambling conferences, including in Gibraltar, Malta and Brazil.
