About Hon Kazembe:
Hon Kazembe has held senior positions in the Zimbabwean government, including Minister of Youth, Sport and Culture, and Minister of ICT, Postal and Courier Services. He spearheaded the Smart Zimbabwe 2030 Master Plan and continues to champion ICT-driven public service delivery.
He is also an award-winning academic, he holds an Executive MBA, a B. Tech in Marketing, and a Graduate Diploma in Marketing, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Business Management and Entrepreneurship. The lotteries and gaming industry falls within his responsibility.
