About Devon:
Devon Dalbock holds the position of Vice President of Government and Regulatory Affairs for Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) EMEIA. In this role, he focuses on collaborating with regulators and government officials across the region, supporting both established and emerging gaming jurisdictions with GLI’s advisory services and training.
Dalbock has been with GLI since 2016, initially serving as General Manager of GLI Africa before transitioning to COO for GLI EMEIA, a role he took on in 2023, further solidifying his leadership within the organization.
With over 40 years of senior executive and management experience—18 of which have been in the gaming industry—Dalbock brings a wealth of expertise to his work. He is also recognized as an award-winning speaker, known for his insights into regulation, certification, and compliance in the gaming sector.
His career reflects a deep commitment to helping regulators, suppliers, and operators navigate the evolving gaming landscape.
