About Brittany:

Brittany Dale is the Director of Business Transformation and Program Delivery at iGaming Ontario, the provincial agency responsible for overseeing Ontario’s regulated online gaming market.

In her current role, Brittany leads transformational initiatives with a focus on responsible gaming, anti-money laundering, and data optimization. She is spearheading the implementation of a centralized self-exclusion system for internet gaming, an important step in strengthening player protection across the province.

Previously, Brittany served as Director of Corporate Affairs and Governance at the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO), where she led the development of frameworks for responsible liquor and cannabis training. She played a pivotal role in shaping Ontario’s regulatory approaches to recreational cannabis retail, alcohol modernization, and the launch of internet gaming.

Brittany’s public service career also includes several years with Ontario’s Ministry of Health, where she advanced policy and program delivery in support of provincial health priorities.
