The International Association of Gaming Regulators (IAGR) is pleased to announce that nominations are open for the 2025 International Regulatory Awards.

Now in its fifth year, these awards recognise and celebrate regulators who are pushing boundaries, enhancing consumer protection and strengthening the global gaming landscape.

The three award categories are:

• Regulatory Excellence Award – Acknowledging outstanding regulatory initiatives that demonstrate leadership and impact
• Regulatory Innovation Award – Recognising cutting-edge regulatory advancements that improve oversight, compliance, and player protection
• Best Regulatory Campaign Award – Honouring strategic communications and campaigns that drive meaningful regulatory change

Nominations are open exclusively to gambling regulators and will close on 31 August 2025. Winners will be announced during the IAGR 2025 Conference in Toronto in October.

• Australian Communications and Media Authority for BetStop, the National Self-Exclusion Register
• Kansspelautoriteit, the Netherlands Gambling Authority, for their ‘Markers of Risk’ project
• Spillemyndigheden, the Danish Gambling Authority for their ‘One-Armed Bandit’ responsible gambling campaign
