About Raffaele:
Raffaele Gnazzi is the CEO of ADMIRAL Pay IP, a payment institute specialising in the field of digital payment services for the gaming industry, both in Italy and internationally. He is also the Legal & Compliance Director of NOVOMATIC Italia Spa, one of the main players in the public gaming sector in the country, with a workforce of over 4,000 employees and a consumer offer counting on about 300 ADMIRAL-branded gaming venues and several concessionary companies for the collection of land-based and online gaming in Italy.
Of Italian-Belgian citizenship, he was born in Rimini in 1980. After graduating in Law in 2003, and subsequent habilitation, he practised as a lawyer from 2004 to 2011, in several prominent legal firms, between Rome and Bologna. In 2011, he joined the NOVOMATIC Italia Group as Legal and Compliance Director, a role he still occupies today. Over the years, he has been a member of the Supervisory Board pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2011, as well as a member of the Board of Directors for several companies belonging to the Group. In 2019, he earned an Executive MBA at the Bologna Business School.
Currently, in addition to serving as CEO for ADMIRAL Pay IP since 2018, he is Chairman of the Board of Directors of HBG Online Gaming Srl and SPATI S.r.l.,the NOVOMATIC Italia Group companies active in the betting and online gaming segments, and Board Member of ADMIRAL Gaming Network Srl, the concessionaire company for land-based gaming through VLT and AWP machines.
