About Patrick:
Pat Madamba has been practicing gaming law for more than 30 years, and he is presently Senior Vice President and Legal Counsel for MGM Resorts International. He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of gaming law matters across the enterprise, including regulatory compliance, M&A activities, operations (“brick and mortar” and online), credit facilities and debt offerings, and vendor contracting. Prior to joining MGM in 2017, Pat was a partner in Fox Rothschild, LLP’s Gaming Practice Group.
