Dr Keitumetse “Tumi” Mashego is a Clinical and Sports psychologist (PhD; MBA; MSc Clinical psychology; BSc. Hon Psych & BSc. Human Phys & Psych; Certificates: Sports Psychology, AIDS Risk Management & Industrial Organisational Psychology). She is also a speaker, mindset, performance, and life coach, and author of a memoir titled “Trapped in Love” about her journey to overcome emotional abuse.
She has been an independent registered practitioner since 2006 and has vast experience in varying fields. She is the founder of RebaOne Wellness which aims to tailor make wellness solutions for varying clientele. She is often invited to speak on varying platforms (Radio stations, Television, NPO & Corporate events, etc.) about varying psychological issues that impact society at large (suicide, addiction, gender-based violence, athletes’ performance, burnout, grief, sports betting impact on the youth, etc.).
She is a mental health and wellness advocate, doing her part to work towards ending the stigma of seeking help. As a former athlete, she learnt personally the power that is within the mind, which we need to tap into and take charge of in order to finish strong, enhancing our performance in this life. She is passionate about working with her clients to facilitate this mindset shift. She considers herself a change catalyst and has a passion for aligning organisations with a human capital strategy that allows the achievement of strategic objectives.
