Javier Milián

Javier Milián, in addition to being president of the National Charity Lottery of El Salvador, is also the current president of CIBELAE and president of the Democratic Change political party. A graduate in Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Market-Oriented Innovation Management, he has work experience as a general manager in a logistics and bulk mail distribution company. He has also worked as a consultant and facilitator on projects for FUNDE, FUSADES, and other organizations, covering topics such as evaluating municipal governance systems, participatory planning, developing business plans and procedure manuals, and systematizing experiences in temporary income support programs (PATI).
