Launched in 2017, The All-In Diversity Project aims to be the central resource for diversity, inclusion and equality for the global betting, gaming and gambling sector. It is the first global not-for-profit of its kind and its goal is to provide the tools for organisations to create measurable strategies to meet the workplace challenges of today and tomorrow.
It is not a lobby group, it does not hold any political affiliations, and it is not advocating legal, or regulatory change.
The All-Index™ aims to provide an accurate picture of diversity, equality and inclusion across the global betting, gaming and gambling sector.
Developed in partnership with our academic partner, Oxford Brookes University, the All-Index™ seeks to outline the current and future demographic and cultural landscape of the global betting and gaming industry by collecting data on people, corporate governance, internal policies, recruitment practices, equal pay, employment legislation, company benefits and advocacy.
The All-Index™ is based upon first-person voluntary data provided directly by those who have elected to participate.
